| Our lab carries out research in biological and medical informatics. In bioinformatics, we investigate techniques for structural domain parsing from protein sequence data and clustering methods for general genomics and proteomics. Our medical informatics work includes development of models for biomedical imaging, predictive data mining, pattern recognition, and expert problem solving and knowledge representation. |
