| Our laboratory uses imaging and modeling for problems in the visual system. Current research includes studies on the mechanics of the human lens using magnetic resonance imaging and computer modeling; the application of independent component analysis to determine control strategies for human eye movements; and the development of novel techniques such as opto-acoustic imaging.
