Students interested in the dual MD/PhD program will take their medical training at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and PhD training at one of three collaborating institutions: RWJMS, Rutgers, or Princeton. The program provides three years of graduate training and four years of Medical training. Highly competitive, only about six students are admitted to this interdisciplinary progam every year. The goal of the MD/PhD graduate is to integrate clinical and basic science aspects of medicine to create innovative solutions for issuse in medicine.
