Annual Review of Biomedical Engineering Ranked No. 1 again by ISI

For the eighth year in a row, articles in the Annual Review of Biomedical Engineering (ARBE) were cited more often than papers in any of its peer journals, according to ISI's 2009 Journal Citation Report, giving it the highest Impact Factor in its peer group. The ARBE had an Impact Factor of 11.235 placing it #1 in the category "Engineering, Biomedical," of 59 journals, and #1 among all engineering journals (840 in total). Professor Martin Yarmush serves as the editor-in-chief of the ARBME which published its first volume in 1999.
