The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) announced the election of Professor Joseph Freeman to its Class of 2021 College of Fellows. Professor Freeman is recognized for developing innovative materials and scaffolds to replace tissue function while regenerating new, healthy cells and tissue for repair after injury.
