The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) at the NIH has awarded a 2-year Exploratory/Development Grant for $424K to Professor Prabhas Moghe (Left)(BME) and co-PI Professor Zhiping Pang (Below)(Child Health Institute of NJ, RBHS) for project entitled "Nanofibrous Scaffolds for Transplantation of Human Dopaminergic Neurons”. The ultimate goals are to develop better cell therapy models to study and treat neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinsons’ Disease.
