Professor Freeman Earns NJ ACTS Grant

Professor Joseph Freeman has recently earned a NJ ACTS grant with Dr. Roman Voronov from NJIT. The grant “A Microfluidics Technology for Non-Sacrificial Analysis of Biomaterial Implants In Vivo” uses microfluidic methods and biomaterials to create a tissue engineered implants that can monitor tissue development in real time by sampling fluids and cells in a non-destructive way.
