Professor Anant Madabhushi has been awarded a Proof of Concept Grant from the Office of Technology Commercialization, Rutgers University for his application entitled "Computerized Decision Support for Prostate Cancer Detection and Treatment via Multi-parametric MRI". For this project Dr. Madabhushi and his team will be developing a prototype system for identifying regions corresponding to cancer on high resolution MRI images of the prostate. The prototype will be subsequently deployed at clinical sites in Boston and Northern NJ for feedback and evaluation.
